Pakistan-Afghanistan agree on keeping mutual contacts
COLOMBO: Prime Minister, Yusuf Raza Gilani and Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, in a meeting held on the sidelines of the Colombo Saarc Summit here, agreed on keeping continued contacts between the two countries. Following the talks, talking to Geo News, Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani said that his talks with the Afghan President were fruitful and constructive and both the countries agreed on keeping the contacts continued. Foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Quraishi said that the meeting lasted over one hour in a cordial atmosphere. He further said that the barrage of blaming was likely halt after this meeting. Sources said that Pakistan had asked for evidences relating to the blame of its involvement in Kabul blast, but the Afghan government could not present any such evidence.
