Nawaz, Zardari key meeting ends
ISLAMABAD: PML-N chief, Mian Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari have concluded their key meeting that could well decide the fate of the coalition. PML-N leaders Chaudhry Nisar, Javed Hashmi, Khawaja Asif and Ishaq Dar also joined the two leaders in post-meeting discussion. Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Law Farooq H Naek also reached Zardari House with the draft of constitutional package. According to sources, Mian Nawaz Sharif has tried to convince Asif Zardari to accept his demands of judges’ restoration, president’s impeachment and restoration of 1973 constitution in the meeting. Sources also said that no joint press conference would be held after the meeting and no one was available to brief the media.
