Impeachment cannot be challenged: Naik
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court cannot challenge the prerogative of the parliament to impeach the president, Minister for Law and Justice Farooq Naik said on Saturday. Talking to reporters here, Naik said the SC had no powers to stay the process of impeachment, adding that the SC could not defy the supremacy of parliament. staff report
