Zardari, Fazlul Rahman suggest Musharraf to resign in jiffy

ISLAMABAD: Co-chairman of Pakistan People Party Senator Asif Ali Zardari and Maulana Fazlul Rahman held a joint meeting here late Saturday and agreed that President Pervez Musharraf should immediately resign in order to prevent country from further crisis. According to sources the meeting, held at Zardari House Islamabad, issued joint statement that President’s resignation would bring sigh of relief to the country and nation. The drafted charge sheet against President, major political matters and the future of the political scenario of country were the chief issues discussed during the meeting.
